In 1992 we welcomed two German Shepherd puppies to our family, and sought out a basic obedience class to help us along. Two decades later our lives are richer for the smiles we've shared with our dogs, and the lessons learned along the way. See Spot Grin is dedicated to those who have made my life whole over the years, and for those looking for ways to offer the same to their dogs.

With 20 years of experience training dogs in basic manners and obedience, agility, flyball, tracking, herding, freestyle, rally, nose work and therapy work, my steadfast focus has been on the needs of the individual dog. Whether training a top performing agility dog, visiting with a well seasoned therapy dog, enjoying an afternoon in the yard with a canine companion, or in the heat of competition, discovering what makes them grin is my passion.
